If you are planning on breastfeeding, knowledge is power! Breastfeeding is 'natural' but it is something that baby and parent must learn together. It does have hurdles sometimes but the nutrition of human milk for babies can't be matched. I am a huge advocate for breastfeeding but I want to help families meet their individual feeding goals, however that looks for them. Your best resource is a good IBCLC.
